The head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan met with Libyan Chargé d'Affaires ad interim to Turkmenistan Mahmoud Abdulaziz Hassan on Friday to discuss the development of trade and economic cooperation and business ties between the two countries, according to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on further strengthening friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Libya, as well as on opportunities to expand cooperation in trade, investment and entrepreneurship.
The participants underscored the importance of strengthening ties between the business communities of the two countries and making effective use of new opportunities for cooperation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the sides reaffirmed their readiness to steadily develop cooperation in areas of mutual interest, implement joint initiatives in the future and continue strengthening trade and economic relations.
