State Migration Service of Turkmenistan held a working meeting on July 29 with representatives of Türkiye’s Migration Management Directorate under the Ministry of Interior to discuss future areas of cooperation in the migration sector, the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan reported.
During the meeting, the sides noted that Turkmen-Turkish relations have gained new momentum in recent years and emphasized the continued development of bilateral cooperation. They also exchanged views on a wide range of issues related to mutual cooperation.
The sides highlighted that regular working meetings serve as an effective platform for advancing mutually beneficial cooperation and identifying new areas of partnership. They also discussed prospects and priority areas for cooperation in the migration sector.
The importance of cooperation within international organizations in further strengthening the traditional friendly ties between the two countries was also emphasized. At the conclusion of the meeting, the sides reaffirmed their readiness to continue developing cooperation in a coordinated manner and wished each other success.
