Turkmenistan's Hazar Logistik held a working meeting with representatives of South Korea's Hyundai Corporation to discuss cooperation in the logistics sector, the company reported on social media Thursday.
The meeting took place at Hazar Logistik's office in Ashgabat and Brian J. Park, director of Hyundai Corporation's Ashgabat representative office attended the meeting. According to the company, the sides discussed expanding logistics cooperation, including opportunities to attract investment, increase cargo transportation volumes and implement joint projects.
Representatives of Hyundai Corporation praised Turkmenistan's transit and logistics potential and expressed interest in expanding long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation.
According to the company, the meeting marked an important step toward strengthening trade and economic ties between the two countries.
