IV International North–South Transport Corridor (INSTC) Forum will be held in Astrakhan from November 25–27, 2026. The industry publication PortNews reported this, citing the event’s organizers.

Organizers expect the forum to attract a broader international group of participants. The number of participating countries is expected to increase from 15 to 22, while the number of delegates is projected to exceed 350. Representatives of logistics companies from Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Türkiye, Oman and the United Arab Emirates are expected to attend.

The forum will focus on the development of the North–South International Transport Corridor, which comprises three main routes — western, Trans-Caspian and eastern. Participants will also discuss the capacity of ports and railways along the corridor.

The business program will include plenary sessions, roundtable discussions and an exchange of export and import proposals. The forum is supported by RusIranExpo, the Caspian International Integration Club “North–South,” the Government of Astrakhan Region and other organizations. The detailed program is available on the event’s official website.
