A delegation comprising representatives of Turkmenistan’s Balkan Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant and the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Azerbaijan visited Baku Shipyard on Sept. 8, the company Baku Shipyard reported on social media.
During the visit, the delegation met with the shipyard’s management. The sides exchanged views on the companies’ activities, shipbuilding and ship repair capabilities, ongoing projects and prospects for further cooperation.
The delegation then toured Baku Shipyard’s production area, infrastructure and technical facilities and observed ongoing work.
The visit focused on discussing cooperation between enterprises in Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan in shipbuilding and ship repair.
