Leaders of several countries around the world sent congratulatory messages to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his birthday, wishing him good health, happiness and further success in his state service, Turkmen state media reported on Tuesday.
Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, South Korean President Lee Jae Myung, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon sent congratulatory messages.
Additional birthday wishes were sent by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Tatarstan Head Rustam Minnikhanov, Sheikh Faisal bin Nasser bin Hamad Al Thani, Hero of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation and cosmonaut Oleg Kononenko, and Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.
The messages highlighted the importance of Turkmenistan’s international initiatives, its policy of neutrality and peacefulness, efforts to promote the country’s socioeconomic development, and measures aimed at improving the well-being of its people. Foreign leaders expressed wishes to Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, family well-being, happiness and further success in his state service.
