Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz and the people of Germany on the occasion of German Unity Day, Turkmenistan’s official media reported Saturday.
In his message, Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted Turkmenistan and Germany are building cooperation based on mutual respect, equality and peaceful principles. Taking into account the broad opportunities for cooperation, Turkmenistan supports further development of bilateral relations.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that Turkmenistan highly values its traditionally friendly relations with Germany and attaches great importance to developing them based on mutual respect, trust and equal partnership.
The President expressed confidence that Turkmen-German relations will continue to develop successfully in the interests of the two countries and their peoples and will be enriched with new content.
At the end of his message, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished Steinmeier and Merz good health and happiness, and the people of Germany peace, well-being, further progress and prosperity.
