President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on his birthday, Turkmen state media reported Monday.
In his congratulatory letter, the Turkmen President noted that “Tajikistan is confidently strengthening its international standing, implementing wide-ranging reforms and developing international cooperation.” Serdar Berdimuhamedov highlighted the importance of Emomoli Rahmon’s extensive state experience, wise leadership and consistent efforts aimed at ensuring the sustainable development and prosperity of the Tajik people.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov highly valued the relations between Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, which are based on the principles of friendship, good-neighborliness and mutual respect. Turkmen President expressed confidence that mutual trust and close cooperation would further strengthen mutually beneficial ties between the two countries and create new opportunities to deepen relations between the two fraternal peoples.
The Turkmen President wished Emomali Rahmon good health, family well-being and success in his responsible state service, and the fraternal people of Tajikistan peace, prosperity and new achievements.
