President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent warm congratulations and best wishes to Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday, Turkmen state media reported Wednesday.
The Head of state noted with satisfaction the consistent development of relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation. “In Turkmenistan, we highly value your attention to strengthening friendship between our countries, as well as your personal contribution to the consistent expansion of strategic partnership,” the Turkmen President stressed.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that joint efforts would further strengthen Turkmen-Russian interstate relations for the benefit of the two peoples.
The Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished the Russian President Vladimir Putin good health, happiness and success in his state activities, and the people of the Russian Federation well-being and prosperity.
Putin celebrates his birthday on Oct. 7. He turns 74 this year.
