For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United States, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, and Afghanistan purchased gasoline, diesel fuel, polypropylene, heating oil produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.
Technical sulfur (SC Turkmengas), high-density polyethylene and polypropylene (polymer plant in Kiyanly), urea and carbon black (SC Turkmenhimiya), as well as plastic containers were the products purchased by companies from Russia, the UK, the UAE, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Afghanistan.
In addition, colorless flat glass, cotton yarn, dry extract and dried roots and rhizomes of licorice were sold for foreign currency. Buyer countries: Russia, USA, UAE, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan. The total amount of transactions exceeded 132 million 755 thousand US dollars.
For national currency, businessmen from Russia, Great Britain, the United Arab Emirates and Turkey purchased cotton yarn and fabric totaling more than 4 million 173 thousand manat.
