Construction of new residential quarter started in the administrative center of the Kerki etrap of Lebap velayat. The new quarter will include 4-storey houses with 24 apartments each. New residential buildings, as reported by Turkmenistan: The Golden Age, are being built by private construction firm Ussa Tirkeş.
The architectural design takes into account all the requirements of today. In 3- and 4-room spacious apartments with high ceilings and convenient design, necessary conditions will be created for a comfortable stay of families. Only the high quality building materials are used in the construction works. The green zones will be created on territory adjacent to the apartments. The construction of children playgrounds and sports grounds is also being considered.
Modernization of Kerki’s economic infrastructure is underway as well. Here, the construction of a modern high-tech plant for cleaning and processing rice with a capacity of 10 thousand tons per year is in full swing. It expects to be operational by New Year.
Recently, the builders started erecting modern airport in the city, the commissioning of which will contribute to the dynamic development of the region.
