President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov reprimanded officials for technical and operational deficiencies in ATMs and public transportation.
At the video conference meeting on Monday, Turkmen President emphasized the urgent need for the appropriate use of financial resources in credit institutions of the country by ensuring uninterrupted operation of ATMs.
In this regards, the Head of state reprimanded Merdan Annadurdiyev, the Chairman of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, for unsatisfactory performance of his duties and weakening control over the functioning of ATMs.
The Turkmen President also noted that there were several issues regarding the smooth movement of city buses and the cases of violation of the established public transport schedules during the summer season despite the constant works carried out in the sector.
Accordingly, the President of Turkmenistan handed a severe reprimand to Orazdurdy Sukhanov, the Chairman of Türkmenawtoulaglary agency, for unsatisfactory performance of his duties and shortcomings in the agency’s activities.
The President of Turkmenistan instructed the officials to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
