Republic of Austria’s capital, Vienna, received 18,5 tons of melons grown in Turkmenistan’s agro-industrial complex.
Ter Önüm private enterprise started the export of famous Gyzyl Gülaby melons in partnership with Turope Consult GmbH. Turkmen products packed in environmentally friendly cardboard containers are delivered to Austrian consumers in Volvo refrigerated trucks.
Along with solving the tasks of saturating the domestic market with a variety of food products, Turkmen entrepreneurs are consistently developing foreign trade relations and strengthening their position as a supplier of fruit and vegetable products abroad.
Ter Önüm private enterprise, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, strengthens cooperation with its regular trade partners, including Russia, Turkey, the UAE, Kazakhstan, and a number of European Union countries.
Hundreds of local farmers cooperate with Ter Önüm, The agricultural enterprise rents warehouses where agricultural products are stored, sorted and packaged. The enterprise supplies large supermarkets, restaurants, and hotels in the capital with fruits and vegetables all year round with its fleet of refrigerated trucks.
Ter Önüm participated in the International Exhibition and Conference of Exporters of Agricultural Products, which was held in Mumbai (India) in May this year. Experts of the exhibition highly appreciated the fresh and canned vegetables and fruits, melons and dried fruits from Turkmenistan, thus awarded the company with a gold medal.
