Russia’s Karat processed cheese factory, famous for its melted cheese, seeks potential distributor from Turkmenistan to enter the local market, TM Business Group reported on its online page.

The factory, which has been producing processed cheese for 85 years, is among Russia’s top three processed cheese and curd producers.

The open joint-stock company (OJSC) produces various dairy products, including processed cheese Druzhba, Yantar, Chocolate and Volna, curdy and cream cheese Violette, soft cheese Delissir, and cottage cheese Karat Domashny.

The company reported more than $64 million revenue in 2017. The factory is the second largest processed cheese supplier in Russia’s market (occupies 11,7% share of the market) with annual production of 20 thousand tons of cheese.
