Lebap Cement Factory exported more than 223,6 thousand tons of products this year.
The factory’s main export directions are Afghanistan and Uzbekistan. The enterprise produced 651,3 thousand tons of cement worth 86,5 million manats in the first nine months of this year, of which 325,6 thousand tons are M-500 branded cement.
Raw materials for the cement production are mined at the nearby quarries. The plant produces three types of cement and specialists are constantly analyzing customer demand.
The quality of cement is checked in three specialized laboratories equipped with modern technologies for chemical and spectral analyzes, and physical-technological researches. Luma technical systems are installed in all departments of the plant to prevent environmental damage from the emission of gases and dust. This equipment provides clean air inside and outside the plant.
According to factory’s head of the production management department Sadullayev Seyitnazar, the production and other equipment installed at the plant are based on the leading world technologies. The work of the workshop that crushes stones and heats them up to 1300 degrees is carried out continuously, and is controlled and monitored by a computer.
According to the experts, there is every opportunity to increase the annual cement production capacity to up to more than 1,5 million tons. The plant produced more than 935 thousand tons of cement last year.
