Lebap Cement Factory produced more than 739 tons of cement, which amounted to over 109 million manats in cash during the first 10 months of this year.
During the same period, the enterprise exported about 240 thousand tons of products.
The factory produces sulfate-resistant cement of the M-400 and M-500 grades which is used in the production of clinkers.
Raw materials for the cement production are mined at the nearby quarries.
The plant includes stone crusher, storage facilities, including mixtures, a farin mill, a clinker warehouse and a main cement mill, which together comprise the technological chain. The entire production cycle is fully automated and strictly controlled by computers. The specialists of the plant monitor the production from the control center.
According to experts, the factory can increase the annual cement production capacity to up to 1.5 million tons. The plant produced more than 935 thousand tons of cement last year.
