The Hyakimlik (Administration) of the Ahal velayat will begin to use the electronic office system developed by the Asman Oky private enterprise in the coming days. According to the company, the system is currently being set up.
The electronic office system allows registering mail and other official documents in electronic format.
The system, which will contain all the documents of the hyakimlik, will greatly facilitate the processes of paperwork, document management, order management, nomenclature settings, and the creation of relevant reports.
