The industrial enterprise of Lebap velayat’s Garabekawul city manufactured textile and garment products worth nearly 8 million manats in the first 11 months of this year.
At the enterprise that fulfilled the plan for January-November by about 178%, compared with the same period last year, the growth rate of production amounted to more than 137%.
The enterprise, operating since the 1970s, produces uniforms for employees of the military and law enforcement agencies, clothing for adults and children, as well as other textile products.
The company employs 116 workers. The raw materials used in the production of products are supplied from the Ashgabat and Ruhabat textile complexes, the Jeans complex of the Gap Türkmen Closed Joint-Stock Company, and the Turkmenabat Silk Production Association.
Finished products are available for sale to the population at the Ministry of Textile Industry’s shops in Garabekawul city.
