The confectionary daily produces 20 thousand breads, more than 30 varieties of bakery products, 2.5 thousand desserts of 50 varieties, and 40-50 cakes.
The bakery of the brand is equipped with modern equipment from Germany, Switzerland and Sweden. The company uses European technology, as well as high-quality raw materials in its production.
Talhan confectionery was established by Gülzaman economic society in 2017. The confectionery also operates cafes under the same name in Gülzaman building and Bagtyyarlyk Shopping and Entertainment Center.
