To implement the project, the state allocated 103 hectares of land to the entrepreneur for a period of 99 years. The entrepreneur plans to build farm buildings on three hectares of the allocated land and plant fodder crops on 100 hectares.

The construction of a livestock farm by Gayratly Turkmen Individual Enterprise for the production of milk and meat is also underway in the velayat's Gorogly etrap.
