Euronews to Share Experience With Turkmen TV Channels
Roland Nikolaou expressed gratitude to the Turkmen side for the trust and interest in the development of cooperation with Euronews

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted on Monday a meeting the with the Chief Business Development Officer, Member of the Executive Committee of informational television channel Euronews Roland Nikolaou.

The sides discussed the issues of cooperation in the area of preparing informational materials with the use of advanced technologies of television and radio broadcasting, and exchange of expertise and experience.

The European guest expressed gratitude to the Turkmen side for the trust and interest in the development of cooperation with Euronews and noted the significance of upcoming events which are to take place in Turkmenistan this year.

The parties exchange views on the preparation of materials related to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan. In particular, they discussed the International Conference dedicated to the 25th anniversary of neutrality, scheduled to take place on December 11-12in Ashgabat.

The parties also touched upon the forthcoming major sport events which will take place in Turkmenistan, as well as considered the opportunities of exchanging expertise in the area of preparing the materials related to culture and history.
