Ykjam Bina Individual Enterprise built about one hundred one-story and two-story residential houses in Dashoguz velayat in the northern Turkmenistan.
The enterprise, specializing in construction works, was established in 2012 and so far has carried out the construction of residential houses in the velayat’s Gulistan town, as well as in S.A. Niyazov, Ruhubelent and S.Turkmenbashi etraps of the velayat.
Director of the enterprise Nurmuhammet Atayev said the construction works in the etraps is at the final stage and in 3-4 months the mortgage houses will be completely built.
“The construction of a new complex of residential buildings and facilities has begun on the territory of S.A. Niyazov etrap. It is planned to erect new residential buildings for 1496 families. Our company started the construction of a 4-storey residential building there,” Atayev said. “The initial phase of work is currently being intensively carried out.”
Ykjam Bina also intends to increase its scope of business activities. The company set out to build a greenhouse in S.A. Niyazov etrap, as well as to build and open a language learning center.
