President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulations to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his birthday.
Highly assessing the current level of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Russia, President Berdimuhamedov especially noted the personal concern and enormous contribution of President Putin to the development of strategic and friendly Turkmen-Russian relations.
“We are planning to further expand the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between our countries. We believe that through joint efforts, the Turkmen-Russian interstate relations and strategic partnership will continue strengthening for the benefit of our peoples”, President Berdimuhamedov said in the message.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished President Vladimir Putin good health, happiness and family well-being, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Russia.
