Andersen Global, an international association of law firms, singed a Collaboration Agreement with Turkmenistan-based Altyn Kanun ES, further strengthening the organization’s presence in the Central Asian region, Andersen Global said in its Wednesday press release.
Founded in 2008, Altyn Kanun LLC provides legal services to leading transnational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds, government agencies and large companies at the local and international levels, according to the statement. The full-service firm, led by Managing Partner Kerim Akmamedov, has capabilities in corporate, commercial, litigation, dispute resolution, labor, energy, customs and trade, banking and tax services. The firm focuses on various sectors of the economy such as oil and gas, energy, chemical, mining, textile, construction, transport and logistics.
