Turkmenistan has approved a new regulation on licensing activities to provide legal assistance to individuals and legal entities, the country’s official media reports.
President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution on approving the document during a meeting of the State Security Council on Tuesday in Ashgabat.
During the meeting, the Minister of Justice of Turkmenistan Begmyrat Muhammedov reported on the activities of the institution headed by him, and on the comprehensive steps taken to develop the national legislative framework.
Following the report, the Head of State noted the importance of constantly monitoring existing legal acts, their improvement, the development of laws corresponding to the realities of the time. In this regard, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed relevant instructions to the Minister Muhammedov.
