The Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) Dovran Hudayberdiyev held talks with the Chairman of the Board of National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan Atameken Ablay Myrzakhmetov in Kazakhstan’s capital of Nur-Sultan. During the meeting, the Turkmen side supported the proposal of the Kazakh side to introduce a register of exporters for further accelerated receipt of visa support.
During the meeting, the sides discussed opportunities for exchanging experience in the field of business development and interaction with the government. The parties also discussed activity of the Kazakh chamber on export support, certification and training. Dovran Khudayberdiev expressed a desire to adopt the Atameken’s experience in the field of digitalization of services, the UIET said in its Monday press release.
In turn, Ablai Myrzakhmetov expressed his readiness to contribute to the development of Kazakh-Turkmen economic cooperation in all spheres, especially in such sectors as the agro-industrial complex and construction.
Following the meeting, the sides decided to strengthen cooperation between the UIET and the Atameken by signing a joint action plan in the near future.
Atameken is a non-profit organization intended to reinforce Kazakh businesses' negotiation capabilities in relationships with Government and with government agencies.
