The construction of a new complex of residential buildings and facilities is underway in S.A. Niyazov etrap of Turkmenistan’s northern velayat of Dashoguz. The construction of the new complex, which includes residential buildings designed for 1,496 families, is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The total area of the complex is 71 hectares. It will consist of 70 four-storey residential buildings, a polyclinic, a kindergarten for 240 children, a general education school for 600 children, a services center, and a number of other social facilities, the country’s official media reported on Saturday.
The construction of the new residential area is carried out by such private enterprises as Sekizýyldyz, Ykjam Bina, Döwürgurluşyk and Körpegurluşyk.
Drinking water supply and sewerage systems, electricity and gas supply systems will be laid in parallel with the construction of the buildings. The complex’s project also includes the construction of internal roads leading to it. The complex will be integrated into an innovative communication system that will allow the population to use modern high-level services, according to the report.
On Monday, a solemn ceremony was held in the city of Mary to mark the opening of a seven-story 188-apartment residential complex built along Magtymguly Street by Ojar Aziýa Individual Enterprise.
