The total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan over the past week exceeded $27.3 million.
For foreign currency, companies based in the UK, Turkey, Afghanistan, China’s Hong Kong and Cyprus purchased hydrotreated diesel fuel and aviation kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, the official media of Turkmenistan reports.
The companies based in the UAE and Turkey purchased assorted one-color and jacquard terry products, and float sheet glass.
For the domestic market, local businesses purchased Portland cement worth over $49 thousand.
The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan registered 16 transactions last week.
