Turkmenistan’s Seydi Refinery Processes Over 464.5 Thousand Tons of Oil
The refinery produced more than 31.7 thousand tons of road bitumen and other petroleum products.

Seydi Oil Refinery in Turkmenistan’s eastern velayat of Lebap has processed over 464.5 thousand tons of crude oil over the past 11 months.

As a result of the processing, the refinery produced over 202.7 thousand tons of gasoline, 123.4 thousand tons of diesel fuel, 22.5 thousand tons of fuel oil, and more than 31.7 thousand tons of road bitumen and other petroleum products, the online newspaper of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reported on Wednesday.

The plant exported most of its products during the period. This year, Russia, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan imported the Turkmen refinery’s diesel fuel. At the same time, the plant’s heavy vacuum gas oil was exported to European countries.

In the 11 months last year, the Seydi refinery processed around 441.2 thousand tons of oil.
