Turkmenistan Approves National Vaccination Calendar
The relevant Resolution of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan was registered in early March.

Turkmenistan has approved the national calendar of preventive vaccinations, timing of their implementation and groups of citizens subject to mandatory vaccination.

The relevant Resolution of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan was registered and published by the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan in early March.

The national vaccination calendar:

Newborn infants within 24 hours of life

First vaccination against viral hepatitis B

Newborns on the 2ndor 3rd day of life Vaccination against tuberculosis
  Vaccination against polio
Children 2 months old First vaccination against diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B, whooping cough Infections caused by Hamophilus influenzae type b
  First polio vaccination
  First vaccination against pneumococcal disease
  First immunization against rotavirus infection
Children 3 months old Second vaccination against diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B, pertussis infections caused by Hamophilus influenzae type b.
  Second polio vaccination
  IPV vaccine
  Second vaccination against rotavirus infection
Children 4 months old Third vaccination against diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B, pertussis infections caused by Hamophilus influenzae type b
  Third polio vaccination

Children 12-15 months old First measles, mumps, rubella vaccine
