Plant for the production of gasoline from gas in Turkmenistan’s Ahal province (Ahal GTG Plant) produced over 309.8 million manats worth of products in January-June period of this year, the country’s official media reported on Wednesday.
This indicator is 57% more compared to the same period last year. In January-June 2021, produced over 197.5 million manats worth of products. The main product of the plant is ECO-93 gasoline.
The high-quality and environmentally friendly products produced at the plant were exported to a number of countries of the world on the basis of concluded contracts, according to the report.
Commissioned in 2019, Ahal GTG Plant is designed to annually process 1.785 billion cubic meters of natural gas and produce 600 thousand tons of ECO-93 gasoline that meets the EURO-5 standard, and 100 thousand tons of liquefied gas.
