Lebapgazçykaryş Management of Türkmengaz State Concern, the national natural gas company of Turkmenistan, produced more than 7.21 billion cubic meters of natural gas in the first seven months of 2022. The natural gas production plan was fulfilled by 127%.
During the period, the Management laid more than 8,284.3 kilometers of gas pipelines of different diameters in the Lebap province in order to provide settlements with natural gas, the country’s official media reported on Thursday.
At the same time, the volume of natural gas supplied to the population by the Lebapgazçykaryş exceeded 1 bcm.
In addition, about 31.6 kilometers of new gas pipelines were laid in January-July this year, and more than 17.7 million manats of investment funds were used in this process.
In the first quarter of 2022, Lebapgazçykaryş exported more than 2 bcm of natural gas to China.
Last year, the Management produced 12.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas.
