Wednesday Trades at Turkmen Commodity Exchange: Urea Price Surges 60.7%
The urea, produced by Marykarbamid plant of Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern, was sold for $455 per ton.

The business from Tajikistan during the Wednesday trades at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) made a deal to procure 5,000 tons of urea grade B, the price of which increased by 60.7% compared to the previous auction.

The urea, produced by Marykarbamid plant of Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern, was sold for $455 per ton. The total amount of transaction for urea export amounted to $2.2 million, the SCRMET announced on Thursday.

On the same day, The Turkish company made a deal for the purchase of 90.3 thousand kilograms of different types of cotton yarn for $307.02 thousand.

On Wednesday, the SCRMET registered deals for a total of $2.5 million.

During the Tuesday trades, the Afghan business procured 110 tons of Nitros branded mineral fertilizers of Turkmen company Polimer Gap. The fertilizer was sold for $435 per ton.
