Turkish Business Procures Turkmen Cotton Yarn Worth $4 Million
Under the deals registered at the Exchange, more than 1.2 million kilograms of the cotton yarns will be exported.

The company from Turkey procured different types of cotton yarn for $4 million during Monday trades at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

Under the deals registered at the Exchange, more than 1.2 million kilograms of the cotton yarns, produced at the enterprises of Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan, will be exported, the SCRMET announced on Tuesday.

Last week, the total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan exceeded $3.2 million.

Established in 1994, the SCRMET is the main body regulating export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
