Turkmen President Expresses Condolences Over Road Accidents in Turkey, Russia
Two separate road crashes on Saturday, one in Gaziantep and one in Mardin, have caused the deaths of 36 people and injured dozens more, many seriously.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent condolences to President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan over numerous human casualties and injuries resulting from road accidents in Gaziantep and Mardin provinces, the official Turkmen media reported on Monday.

The Head of Turkmenistan also sent condolences to President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov over the death of many citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in a road accident that took place in Ulyanovsk oblast of Russia.

On behalf of the people and Government of the country, as well as himself, the President of Turkmenistan conveyed the words of empathy and support at this difficult moment to the families and friends of the victims, and also wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

The road accident in Russia’s Ulyanovsk region caused the deaths of 16 people, 14 of whom were citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
