The total amount of non-cash transactions via bank cards in Turkmenistan from January to August 2022 exceeded 9.02 billion manats. According to the Central Bank's Banking Automation Department, the total volume of non-cash payments made through terminals during the period exceeded 8.44 billion manats.
The amount of payments made in the period from January to August 2022 through the Digital Commerce system neared 382.66 million manats, and over 9.489 million manats through the Mobile Bank system.
At the same time, the total amount of non-cash payments made through ATMs exceeded 171.63 million manats and 970.48 thousand manats through the Internet Bank system.
In addition, according to the bank, more than 17.71 million manats of non-cash payments were carried out through the Halkbank Terminal system.
The total amount of non-cash transactions via bank cards in Turkmenistan from January to July 2022 exceeded 7.57 billion manats.
