Export Trades at Turkmen Exchange For December 5-10: $22.37 Million
The foreign companies bought plain dyed jacquard products and cotton yarn produced at the enterprises of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan.

The total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan over the past week amounted to more than $22.37 million, the country’s official media reported on Monday.

For foreign currency, the companies from Turkey, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Ireland, Azerbaijan and the UAE procured petroleum bitumen and aviation fuel of Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern. The foreign companies also bought plain dyed jacquard products and cotton yarn produced at the enterprises of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan and portpand cement of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan.

The Turkish and Kazakh businesses purchased cotton yarn for a total of more than $2 million.

For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased petroleum bitumen and carpet products for a total of over 48.7 million manats.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan registered a total of 47 transactions last week.
