Private businesses in Turkmenistan’s eastern province of Lebap have exported their products worth more than $9.61 million in the first 11 months of 2022.
The province’s businesses, including Altyn Saraý, Döwrebap Çözgüt, Altyn Bürgüt and Mizemez Gadam contribute to the growth of export potential of Turkmenistan, the country’s official media reported on Thursday.
In January-November this year, Mizemez Gadam has exported industrial goods worth $3 million, and the Altyn Saraý has shipped its products worth nearly $393 thousand to the foreign markets.
At present, 16 private enterprises in Lebap province are shipping their products to foreign countries and holding talks on boosting exports.
According to the report, creation of favorable conditions for accelerating movement of goods across the customs border in Turkmenistan has a positive impact on the development of export relations.
