Companies from Afghanistan and Turkey also signed contracts for the purchase of 3 thousand tons of liquefied gas for a total of nearly $1.3 million.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) during Thursday trades registered deals for the procurement of ECO-93 gasoline, liquefied gas and plain dyed jacquard products worth $15.79 million.

The Afghan and Turkish businesses purchased 20 thousand tons of ECO-93 gasoline for a total of $14.1 million. The price of a ton of the gasoline sold at the auction amounted to $705, according to the SCRMET.

Companies from Afghanistan and Turkey also signed contracts for the purchase of 3 thousand tons of liquefied gas for a total of nearly $1.3 million.

In addition, businesses from the UAE and Kyrgyzstan purchased 71.2 thousand kilograms of plain-dyed jacquard products for $391.6 thousand. The kilogram of the good amounted to $5.5.

Last week, the total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the SCRMET amounted to more than $33.36 million.
