UAE and the Virgin Islands businesses procured 30 thousand tons of low-sulfur oil. During the trades, the price of a ton of the product amounted to $398.5.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) during Tuesday trades registered deals for the procurement of low-sulphur oil. The deals amounted to $11.95 million.

UAE and the Virgin Islands businesses procured 30 thousand tons of low-sulfur oil. During the trades, the price of a ton of the product amounted to $398.5, according to the SCRMET.

For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased 1 thousand tons of petroleum coke totaling 11.2 million manats. The price of a ton of the petroleum coke amounted to 11,2 manats.

The petroleum coke that was sold during the trades was produced by the enterprises of the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil).

Last week, the total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the SCRMET amounted to nearly $24 million.
