The opening ceremony of the next stage of Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov cottage complex of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan in the Choganly residential complex was held on Wednesday, the country's official media reports.
The event was attended by the heads of military and law enforcement agencies, honorary elders, representatives of public organizations and the media.
The celebration featured performances of a song-and-music group of servicemen of the Interior Ministry and the Defense Ministry, theatrical artists and the State Dance Ensemble.
The houses were built by a construction company under the Ministry of Interior. The most distinguished builders were presented gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.
The cottage complex includes a museum of Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov, venues for festive family events, receptions, weddings, sadaqah and other celebrations.
The apartments are equipped with individual heating, split air conditioning system, necessary gas and electric appliances and other life-support systems, and are connected to IPTV, Internet and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with built-in furniture and modern appliances. In addition, the new buildings have areas for gardening and fun activities for children.
