Job Purpose

Provide personnel security and safety of Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd. assets, documents and other property from illegal encroachments. Maintain public order within the guarded premises during his duty, and respond legitimately to an emergency, including cases of illegal encroachment. Duly inform the management of any incidents and emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Always be tidy and properly dressed, be polite and tactful, have ID card, pen, notebook and communication means during the duty.
• Should know the plan of guarded facility, layout of fire fighting means and use procedure, location of muster points in case of evacuation.
• Monitor and track the removal of materials, equipment and other items outside the office. Check for relevant permissions and documents.
• Follow and comply with Safety and Fire safety Instructions.
• Keep records of visitors and Ashgabat Office vehicles in a specially designated Log Book during the workday.
• Immediately provide reports to Office Administrator and management about emergency and incidents taking place in the Ashgabat Office building and/or on its adjacent area.
• Perform rounds of all storeys of Ashgabat Office building during the shift change and make the rounds of its adjacent area in a way that allows providing reliable security of guarded facility.
• Monitor visitor movements in the Ashgabat Office building. If required, to ensure escort of visitors to the Administration’s Reception Desk without leaving the first floor or after preliminary notification of a concerned employee of Ashgabat Office and obtaining consent for visitor reception to direct those visitors to the employee’s office.
• Strictly observe the Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd. zero-tolerance Policy regarding alcohol and drugs.
• Execution of other task assigned by line management, if required

Eligibility criteria:

• At least 3-year experience
• Physical fitness, sports achievements are welcome
• Secondary Education
