Financial and Technical Proposal

Candidates are expected to submit a lump sum financial and technical proposal to complete the entire assignment indicated above for the period of 20 October-20 November 2023 and plus round table with final report by November 30, 2023 

Evaluation

By work committee (IFRC/NRCST/).

The evaluation criteria associated with this Terms of Reference is split between technical and financial as follows: 75 % Technical; 25 % Financial; 100 % Total.
