As a Solids Control Operator, you will be participate in the delivery of Solids Control/Fluids Environmental Services (FES), by assisting in the mobilization, operation, and demobilization of FES equipment (i.e., dryers, centrifuges, vacuums, screw conveyors, pumps, etc.). May assist in troubleshooting equipment, daily reporting, on-the-job maintenance, and ordering of equipment and supplies.

As a Solids Control Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Executing pre-operational checklists. Checking that the equipment is operational and in good operating condition
• Preserving and caring for Baker Hughes equipment and tools
• Assisting in the mobilization, operation, and demobilization of FES equipment (i.e., dryers, centrifuges, vacuums, screw conveyors, pumps, etc.).
• Troubleshooting equipment, preparing daily reporting, on-the-job maintenance, and ordering equipment and supplies.
• Attending all required safety meetings and conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes polices and Baker Hughes Core Values.
• Handling special projects as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent educational level
• Have experience in oil and gas
• Demonstrate experience in equipment maintenance
• Have knowledge of the Quality and HSE management system
• Demonstrate a good team work, integrity, discipline and proactivity
• Knowledge of Turkmen language is a must, English is preferable
