QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably with an Engineering background

EXPERIENCE

• Work experience of minimum 5 years preferably in Offshore Oil & Gas industry out of which 2 years’ experience in training delivery.

TRAININGS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Train the Trainer certificate (UK certification)
• Assessor qualification (UK certification)
• NEBOSH Diploma qualification or Equivalent qualification

SKILLS

• IOSH Membership (Grad IOSH or higher)
• Familiarity in teaching various Construction / Oil & Gas related qualifications
• Applicants must be flexible, fast-learner, and a good team player.
• Possesses excellent communication skills (both oral and written), strategic thinking, problem solving and good decision making.
• Familiarity in teaching various Construction / Oil & Gas related qualifications

ADDED ADVANTAGES

• Certifications related to Fire Safety, Working at Height, Confined Space, COSHH, Risk Assessment, First Aid, Health & Safety, Scaffolding, Rigging & Slinging etc
• Proven track record in teaching & presentation
• Development / Preparation of training materials such as PPT, Lesson Plan, Assessment materials etc.
• Language – Turkmen, Russian, English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with Senior Instructor on planning, developing, and preparing course outlines, presentation materials, lesson and session plans, equipment’s and/or tools for the courses to be handled.
• Performs instructor’s duties - Course delivery, Assessment, Reporting, etc.
• Evaluates and assess’ delegates performance on theory and practical sessions.
• Ensures that the delegates receive the appropriate training.
• Prepares and submits required reports as may be requested by the immediate superior.
• Ensure practical training equipment are used safely & ensure peruse checks done prior to practical training.
• Observes and consistently complies with company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintains workplace housekeeping and personal safety responsibilities.
• Other related duties may be assigned.
