Job Title: HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor CNLC’s HSE policies and procedures in alignment with local and international safety standards.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Organize and lead HSE training programs for employees and contractors to promote safety awareness.
• Maintain and update HSE records, including audits, inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct safety drills.
• Stay updated on industry-specific HSE regulations and liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure CNLC’s compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in HSE is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in the International Company.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management.
• Ability to lead training sessions and conduct investigations effectively.
• Proficiency in HSE management systems and reporting tools.
