Job Purpose

Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and screen visitors who enter the office according to the office hours rules.
  • Receive and transmit information using communication equipment (phone, radio, fax, e-mail, etc.) to maintain a reliable communication between the office and company other facilities. Keep updated information on the board in reception room.
  • Take messages and transfer complete information regarding office visitors and phone callers to related staff. Keep updated lists of useful numbers on file (embassies, international companies, hotels etc.).
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, sort, compile and archive files in accordance with the established procedure and ensure their safe storage to maintain an efficient records management system.
  • Make photocopies as requested by Staff. Performing secretarial functions. Leasing with members of the senior management team.
  • Maintaining procedure of monthly timesheet.
