About This Opportunity 

Preseller is a position responsible for achieving the planned sales targets, market coverage and merchandising objectives through regular visits to all potential sales points on the given route while maintaining the highest standards of performance.

What You Can Expect from The Role

• Visit all points of sale on a given route and collect orders for purchases, merchandising and other activities at existing and potential retail outlets;
• Achieve the set goals for preselling (accepting orders) and merchandising the products of ES “Turkmenistan Coca-Cola Bottlers”.
• Be responsible for marketing and sales / promotional communications on the market. Inform customers about promotions and discounts. Controls the conduct of advertising campaigns, promotions, tastings.
• Closely coordinate with the delivery team for efficient deliveries.
• Activate new markets. Activate competitive sales markets through regular visits. Develop new customers and identify new opportunities for sales.
• Be responsible for using the inventory on the market (refrigerators and racks, etc.). Make recommendations on investing in refrigerators and taking refrigerators from retail outlets;
• Maintain relationships with customers through more efficient service. Help Customers solve problems;
• Regularly visit all the customers assigned to the sales representative;
• Supervise the layout of the full range of products in accordance with the standards of merchandising, placement and updating of promotional materials and equipment;
• Ensure maximum sales of products for each group of products.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree is acceptable with 3 years of experience in similar roles. Bachelor’s degree is preferred;
• Knowledge of English on intermediate level;
• 1-3 years of experience in related position is preferred;
• Driver’s license;
• Commercial arithmetic;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem-solving ability;
• Strong interpersonal and customer services skills;
• High motivation and energy;
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office).  
• Proficiency both in Russian and Turkmen languages.
