About This Opportunity

Merchandiser is a position responsible for ensuring availability of Company’s products and promote the products in all designated outlets, assisting to reach sales targets.

What You Can Expect from The Role

• Contribute to achievement of sales targets by implementing a personal sales target;
• Promote distribution of coolers according to the given standards and provide more space to display the Company’s products at the outlets;
• Analyze and report on the activity of competitors to immediate supervisors/manager;
• Serve Customers and Customer’s staff by identifying and solving problems; answering questions;
• Keep coolers clean, repaired (if needed) and duly filled with the Company’s products;
• Monitor the expiry date of the Company’s products and keep them free of dust and dirt;
• Promote selling of all packages by putting the price tags, monitoring Customer’s turnover, keeping the shelves and displays clean according to the standard;
• Ensure that the Customers are provided with posters, price tags and other promotional materials, monitor the correctness of their location; 
• Report to the supervisor on unusual situations in the course of work in the assigned area. Must know competitors and their methods of work;  
• Ensure that the posters and marketing materials are clean and visible;

Qualifications:  

• Associate degree. Bachelor’s degree is preferred;
• Knowledge of English at the primary level;
• Work experience is welcomed;
• Teamwork;
• Customer orientation;
• Computer literacy.
• Trade mathematics;
• Communication skills;
• Methods of sale.
• Proficiency both in Russian and Turkmen languages.
