CCI Turkmenistan Opens Applications for HR Associate Position

About This Opportunity  

HR Associate is a position responsible for performing duties related to the calculation and accrual of wages of company employees, taking into account all established deductions and accruals. Maintain monthly payroll and tax reports, and maintain other reports.

What You Can Expect from The Role

  • Receive, analyze and control time sheets and prepare them for payroll;
  • Accept and control the correctness of sick leaves, child care certificates and other documents justifying the absence of an employee at work, prepare them for calculation, and for established reporting;
  • Input necessary data for the calculation of salary in SAP HR;
  • Make payroll payments to employees, control the expenditure of the Company's salary fund;
  • Prepare and ensure accruals and transfer of insurance contributions to state extra-budgetary social funds, wages of workers and employees, other payments and payments;
  • Monitor the safety, correct and timely preparation of accounting documents, prepare them in accordance with the established procedure for archiving;
  • Prepare data for balance sheet and operational payroll summary data and headcount numbers and submit them to the relevant organizations;
  • Issue certificates of income, accrued taxes as well as pension and social contributions of employees;
  • Take part in Headcount and Employment Cost Budget Planning;
  • Annual C&B reviews: salary surveys, employment cost; propose review objectives based on HR insights; monitor outcomes and propose remedial actions where appropriate;
  • Localization of HR policies and procedures regarding C&B, monitoring and execution of their implementation;

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or any relevant area is preferred;
  • Knowledge of English on intermediate level;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Working knowledge of SAP is preferred;
  • Focus on details;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Ability to lead and direct;
  • Drive for results.
  • Proficiency both in Russian and Turkmen languages.
